We invite you to a soul-nourishing women's weekend retreat taking place 20-22 September (18:00 Friday - 16:00 Sunday). These three days will be filled with powerful spiritual practices that have facilitated our own personal transformation, and we want to share them with you.

During our time together, you have the opportunity to enjoy the individual and group support of the facilitators while also connecting with like-minded individuals on similar journeys of self-discovery and growth.

Meet your Facilitators

Ilga

Ilga is an experienced shadow work facilitator and soul guide specialising in resolving emotional trauma and working with subconscious blocks. She works with the energies of the North but with her heart deep in the green Southern jungle. Her practices incorporate elements of plant medicine and shamanism. She has participated in and hosted various spiritual retreats and rituals for nearly a decade and is expanding her knowledge outside her homeland of Latvia. Her mission is theoretical and practical help in working with the inner world for people ready to reclaim their authenticity by transforming the inner aspects preventing them from experiencing the best version of their lives.

Margarita

Margarita is a seeker of soul connections and a traveller passionate about spirituality, femininity, Mother Earth, and art. She adores animals and loves spending time in nature, even swimming in the middle of winter! Finding and creating beauty wherever she goes comes naturally to her, and she notices every person's unique spark, helping to bring it out into the world. During the retreat, Margarita will bring her unique creative energy to hold the space, lead movement practice in the morning, and provide delicious, nourishing, beautifully prepared vegan meals, always made with the most crucial ingredient... love!

What should I bring to the retreat?

You should pack:

  • A cosy blanket
  • Your favourite mug
  • A yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothes with outdoor considerations (Optional: A resonating outfit for the cacao ceremony)
  • Optional: A hot water bottle
  • Optional: A bikini for the hot tub
  • Yourself!

Are there any dietary restrictions?

All meals provided during the retreat are vegan and designed to be nutritious and delicious! Please be aware that many of our meals contain nuts and other common allergens. While we strive to accommodate various dietary needs, please note we have a small cooking facility and may not be able to guarantee any cross-contamination. If you have any severe allergies or specific dietary requirements, we encourage you to contact us in advance at info@gaianara.com so we can discuss how to best accommodate your needs.

Can I attend the retreat if I'm new to these practices?

Absolutely! All practices in this retreat are for both beginner spiritual seekers and those with experience in spiritual practices. Each meditation and practice will be thoroughly explained, and our facilitators will be available to answer any questions. Our goal is for you to feel safe and have a meaningful experience.

What is the accommodation like?

Participants will stay in a luxury converted barn nestled in the idyllic Herefordshire countryside. The accommodation features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a comfortable and serene environment perfect for relaxation and reflection. Please note that rooms and some beds will be shared, providing an opportunity to connect more deeply with fellow participants. The barn also includes a hot tub, where you can unwind and soak in the tranquillity of the surrounding nature after a day of enriching activities.

Are there any physical or health requirements?

The retreat includes activities such as flow movement, meditation, and nature walks if the weather permits. If you have any health concerns or physical limitations, please inform us prior to booking so we can try to accommodate your needs. Most activities can be adapted to different fitness levels, but please note that the house is multi-storey.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made up to 28 days before the retreat will receive a full refund minus a £20 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 28 days of the retreat will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date. We also offer the option to transfer your booking to another participant at any time.
